Managing all of the details of my business was something that didn’t get easier over time the way I anticipated. Our last software was a bit complicated and very expensive. Two things I rely heavily on every day are the form builder and the automatic reminders. I was able to customize the forms with our logo and set up the questions exactly how we need them, which makes it easy to prep for every client. We used clipboards for a while and even tried the forms from our previous software that weren’t as straightforward.

I love being ready for every client before they walk through the door. My clients get texts or emails to fill out forms and remind them of their upcoming appointments, so we don’t need to follow up or lose money on empty time slots.

Then we added integrations. I like to track all of my money through Quickbooks, so now when the business gets paid it’s automatically tracked in my account.
